Cheap (Free) Colored hair strands

I don't want to pay $48 to pin someone else's hair to my head just because the ends are frosted in fun pastel colors.

I do like to play with my hair every now and again, and yes, I find myself sucked in to all things Ombre and tipped and who knows what will be next.

Here's how I color tip my hair, for free.

Take those Garish eye makeup colors you once thought would go with an outfit you wanted to wear, but realized you were neither model, nor celebrity, and rub them over strands of hair.

Boom.

Done.

It took me five seconds and cost me nothing. If you want all over fun colored tips... You might be sitting in front of the mirror a bit longer. Say, five minutes. But still free and a good way to get rid of those Halloween fright night bargin bin colors!!
